研究概要
健康管理アプリを利用してもらうには、機能や性能を整えるだけでは十分ではありません。本論文では、高所得国の研究を整理し、利用者がアプリを受け入れる条件を検討しました。役に立つという期待、信頼、使いやすさ、周囲の影響、利用を支える環境が主要な要因となり、年齢、デジタル技術を使う能力、利用動機もこれらに関係していました。医療の実際の流れに合うことや、提供主体への信頼、利用者の事情を踏まえた設計が重要であると整理しています。開発者、医療者、利用者が協力して使い方を検討するための知見をまとめた研究です。対象は高所得国の限られた研究であり、制度や生活条件が異なる地域に結果をそのまま当てはめることはできません。
