研究概要
地域の薬局は、来訪者が健康情報に触れる身近な場です。本研究では、ヒトパピローマウイルスワクチンについて、ポスターとリーフレットを置く情報提供が知識や接種への態度に与える影響を調べました。20薬局を情報提供群と対照群に割り付け、成人来訪者の回答を追跡したところ、情報提供群では感染に関する知識が改善しました。一方、12週時点の接種への態度の変化には、両群で統計学的に有意な差は認められませんでした。薬剤師による説明を伴わない掲示だけでは、知識の向上がそのまま行動意向の変化につながるとは限らないことを示しています。今後は対話を含む支援方法の検討が必要であり、実際の接種率への効果は本研究からは判断できません。
